We do Women's Self Defense Seminars and courses. Arelis is also co-owner of Mean Girl Self-Defense. This program is designed to help teach the basics of self-defense with the opportunity to enhance your skills with more advanced techniques and you progress.
These spots are limited. In-home personal training. If you have your own gym equipment in your home and want a personal trainer to come to you this is an amazing option. You never have to leave the comfort of your own home.
This is a great option to get your body mobile. Stretching combined with functional movement exercises is a great way to build longevity and overall health.
