Get Fit with 360 Body Defense

Our mobile training classes allows us to travel in our local area to hold group classes in various places. Maybe you want a group of your friends to try a mobility class in the comfort of your home or neighborhood clubhouse. OR maybe you would want a group of your colleagues to take part in a self-defense seminar. Our classes are mobile enough for us to take them to different places.  We have a variety of rates and packages for groups of people to take part in.
